Tyre choice is equally focused, with bespoke Pirelli P ZeroTM Trofeo R tyres developed in conjunction with McLaren technical partner Pirelli. Only one style of wheel is available: an ultra-lightweight alloy wheel with a race-inspired centre lock system.
